danara.vn is a verified apartment platform in Da Nang. We help owners prepare and rent out homes with real photos, transparent pricing, optional fit-out packages, and property management tools.

The site is available in Vietnamese and English. Logged-in users can set a preferred language on their profile; the header switcher updates the interface immediately.

Every listing in our public grid has been checked by Danara: identity of the owner or listing agent, accurate photos, and key property details. Unverified listings are not shown on the public site.

• How Danara verification works

Open a listing, choose Book tour or Apply, and submit your details. The owner reviews your application. If approved, you can continue to contract signing through Danara.

Usually a national ID or passport. Foreign tenants add a visa or residence document when the owner requires it. Proof of income is only needed if that listing says so. Danara confirms terms on each inspected listing — there is no single paperwork pack for every home.

The owner sets the deposit; it is written on the listing or in the contract after verification. There is no city-wide default. Do not transfer a deposit from a group chat; inquire on a Verified listing to receive that unit’s terms.

• Verified standard

Danara focuses on long-term stays, typically 6–12 months. Each listing shows the minimum when the owner sets one. Nightly serviced stock is not published on the public grid.

• Long-term apartments for rent

That depends on the building rules and the owner, and it is asked during verification. There is no site-wide pet policy. Confirm before you pay a deposit.

• Ask Danara before paying a deposit

Electricity and water are usually on the tenant’s meters. Building management, internet, and parking must appear on the listing or the contract. If a listing omits them, ask in the inquiry — Danara will not infer fees from a brochure.

Leases through Danara are issued in Vietnamese and English with the same terms. Expats should not have to turn a Zalo thread into a contract.

We offer ready-to-rent packages, full renovation scopes, and a custom option for bespoke requirements. Browse packages on the Fit-out page and request a quotation — our team follows up within one business day.

Create an owner account, then use List your property on the Owners portal. Submit one title and description in your current language; Danara handles verification and can support translation for the other language.

Yes. Verified resales include Danara rental history where available. Request a viewing from the listing page and our team coordinates the handover and verification pack.
